Editor's Thoughts:   If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain.  Fortunately, we don't have to put up with much rain around here.  So, check out the Mystery Drive Weekend drive scheduled for
April 13-14.  And don't worry about April showers.

April 13-14:  First Ever Mystery Weekend Drive
      What Just Happened?
January 5 (Saturday): First Drive of the New Year

The first drive of 2019 was a huge success. A total of 20 vehicles participating throughout the event. While the weather was chilly, the friendship was warm. Through the Valley of Fire, Overton and Coyote Springs, the drivers and passengers were greeted by plenty of mountain sheep. The drive concluded with lunch at Bob Taylor's Ranch House. A good time was had by all.
January 6 (Sunday): First Sunday Brunch of the New Year

The January Members' Brunch was very well attended in spite of the gloomy weather and fog. We were all pleased to have fresh, warm cinnamon rolls waiting for us. We had two guests. Bob Mitchell joined us from St. Louis, MO. Danny Fetters joined us from Las Vegas.

Before we go:  "If you think you are too small to make an impact, try spending the night in a room with a mosquito."
