Guest Speakers: 

Mike Hayes – Owner/Developer of multiple self-storage facilities in the Pacific NW and Las Vegas. Three in WA and one in OR. Built the first one in Tacoma in 2001 and subsequently sold it to Public Storage in 2020. He still has ownership of the other three.  

Co-developed two Storage Boxx facilities in Las Vegas a totaling over 200,00 square feet of buildings and are now complete. Prior to developing self-storage, He was the National Sales Manager for a company that designed, supplied and erected self-storage facilities for owner operators, regional developers and national REITS. Including U-Haul, Public Storage, Extra Space Storage, Storage USA, Shurgard Storage and others. I did this for 12 years and our company completed 2300 projects in 42 states. 

Blake Rosser – Owner and developer of 2 different portfolios of storage facilities – StorageBoxx and All Storage in Las Vegas and California. StorageBoxx has two facilities in Las Vegas. All Storage has 10 locations in Las Vegas and one location in Encinitas, CA. 

Blake is an American racing driver known for his participation in endurance racing, particularly with Porsche vehicles. Born in Henderson, Nevada, Rosser has competed in various racing series, including the Grand-Am Sports Car Series and events organized by the Porsche Owners Club (POC).
