Scissors and Scotch

Our group arrived between 3:30 and 4:30. The center had blocked off the streets, and we found our way to Scissors and Scotch. We backed in and opened the trunks.

By the time we started (5:30), we had lined up seven Carreras and were ready to hand out candy.

We all thought we had too much candy and would be taking it home. We provided between 150 and 200 pounds of sugary delights in total. Little did we know that in 2024, they had over 4,000 people and expected the same this year, 2025. The exact count is unknown, but suffice to say, when it started at 5:30, we were out of candy in less than an hour! That was truly frightening!

Everyone agreed that it was a great event, and we will definitely do it again next year if we are asked to participate. The folks at Scissors and Scotch were great partners with us and provided additional candy after we ran out.

It was clear that everyone who came to Trick or Treat at Tivoli had a great time. It was really fun seeing how much the kids enjoyed seeing the Porsches. We have to get them hooked on the cars early on. I think we might have created some future Porsche enthusiasts, and we certainly provided a very safe and enjoyable Halloween for the kids!
