If you haven’t attended this laid-back and highly enjoyable monthly event, you should seriously consider giving it a try.

Cars und Kaffee takes place the last Sunday of every month at the Good Wolf in the Arts District. The location is at the corner of Commerce Street and Imperial Street, and the event runs from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Originally focused on German and primarily Porsche automobiles, the event has expanded beyond that narrow focus and now hosts an interesting array of cars every month.

While Porsches are still the majority of cars we see, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, older American iron, Aston Martins, BMWs, Mercedes, and more are also present. The range of these cars’ values spans from basic project cars to million-dollar plus machines. Nothing is off-limits, and we even get lovely motorcycles. There’s something for everyone and every taste. I try to make every Sunday, and I think it’s one of our untold secret events that doesn’t get as much attendance as it should.

Everyone at Cars und Kaffee is very friendly and welcoming. The crowds range from older farts like me down to young children and even the occasional baby! There’s always a coffee vendor, and the Good Wolf opens its doors for eclectic clothing shopping.

The Arts District has several great restaurants for post-event brunch, and all of them offer wonderful food.

Oh and attendance is free! Come down and stroll through the myriad of cars, meet new friends and hang out with old friends. We are now in the prime time of year when the temps are cooler but the warmth of the people make it just about perfect. Come rain or shine, every season you will find us there on the last Sunday of every month!
