What a summer! I hope you were able to survive the heat, monsoons and tropical storm. Dana and I were able to get away to visit family and also spend some time in north Idaho and Colorado. We are glad to be back and am heading out today on our Yosemite tour with our LVR group.

Our first Mix & Mingle was a huge success. We had 45 members socializing and having a good time at the Bella Vida. Our next one is planned for September 19^th, at the 2-La Neta Cocina and Lounge in downtown Summerlin. A special thanks to Martha and Randy Burba for organizing these fun events. See you there!

AUTOFEST is soon upon us. The largest car show in Las Vegas will take place September 16^th. Last year I counted at least 85 Porsches displayed at the festival! Will we reach 100? It is not too late to enter. Check out this issue for registration.

Our next High Performance Driver’s Education weekend will take place October 7-8. You can signup through MSREG directly or check your email for the enews Blasts. You do not have to have prior experience to drive your car on the track but make sure you check what is needed to get your car ready. 

Our Southern Utah friends have invited us up for their October 21^st Cars and Coffee, at Tuacahn. They have invited us to many of their activities and we always invite them to participate in ours. It is always a great time! Check out the information below.Looking far ahead on the calendar, you can find our traditional January 21^stWinter Gala at the M Resort and Casino. Although we will not have the signup online for a while, if you are interested in spending the night, I suggest you call the hotel directly to reserve a room and tell them you are a resident so they will waive the resort fee. This gala will be extra special because we will be celebrating the 50^th Anniversary of the Las Vegas Region of PCA!
