It was a rainy, cold January weekend in which we celebrated our 50^th Anniversary at our annual Winter Gala. At least we did not have any outdoor activities or drives planned. As guests arrived and signed in, the big surprise was that they were then ushered to our photo corner where we took their picture flanked by two gorgeous Las Vegas Showgirls! The young ladies are the same ones you see at the Golden Knights games, known as the Golden Bells.

After an incredible buffet dinner that included Chilean sea bass, tenderloins, lamb chops, turkey, lobster bisque along with all the fixin’s and desserts, we honored those that have made our club great. Present and past officers, past presidents and First Ladies (and First Man, John Burrows) were acknowledged along with shops and businesses that contribute so much to the Porsche community.

Our guest speaker for the evening was none other than the face of PCA, Vu Nguyen, Executive Director of PCA. We all learned more about the direction PCA is headed and Vu’s enjoyable life stories about becoming a Porsche fanatic. We thank Vu for traveling from Maryland to enjoy the celebration with us.
